I first qualified in Swedish Massage, Aromatherapy and Reflexology in 1999 and have been full time therapist and avid believer in natural health and wellness ever since! Over 15 years later my training and experience has taken me all over the UK and abroad, always trying to broaden my knowledge and skills to better help my clients with their concerns.

Craniosacral Therapy is a hands on holistic treatment for the whole body and mind that works mainly with the body’s connective tissues. It uses gentle techniques to reduce chronic aches and ailments while alleviating the stress that is so often behind them!
Pregnancy can be a happy but also an uncomfortable time! My pre natal clients use regular treatment to work on existing symptoms, prevent new ones, reduce stress and help prepare themselves for the birth. It’s an all important time when self care is an absolute must.
